We explain what personal information we collect and how we use it when you visit our Website, contact us, or retain our services. HIPAA Note: we are generally not a HIPAA covered entity, but we treat client information as confidential and secure.

  • Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser details, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location; cookies and similar technologies are used for functionality, analytics, and security.
  • From third parties: physicians, clinics, vocational experts, prior representatives, and government agencies (e.g., SSA) with your direction/consent.

  • Evaluate eligibility and provide representation/advocacy services.
  • Communicate with you (calls, emails, SMS); schedule consultations and manage your account/matter.
