James E. Allen, MS, EDPNA – Founder & Disability Representative

James E. Allen founded Southeastern Disability in 2013 with one mission: to help Georgia residents successfully navigate the Social Security Disability system. With an MS degree and 16 years of experience working for the Social Security Administration, James brings insider knowledge and proven expertise to every case.

As an Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney Representative (EDPNA), James has represented hundreds of claimants before the SSA, Administrative Law Judges, and the Appeals Council. His background working inside the SSA gives him a rare perspective, allowing him to anticipate obstacles and build stronger cases for his clients.

James is also the designer of Dibcase software, a nationwide case management system trusted by disability representatives across the country. His combination of education, technology, and advocacy makes him uniquely qualified to represent clients with skill and efficiency.

For more than a decade, Southeastern Disability has stood beside Georgia families, and under James’s leadership, it continues to fight for the benefits clients need and deserve.
