James E. Allen founded Southeastern Disability to in 2013. With an MS degree and 16 years of experience working inside the Social Security Administration, James knows how claims are evaluated and what it takes to succeed.
Now an Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney Representative (EDPNA), James uses his insider knowledge to represent Florida residents at every stage of the process — from application to hearings and appeals. His practice emphasizes preparation, personal attention, and clear communication, ensuring every client’s case receives the care it deserves.
In addition to his advocacy, James is the creator of Dibcase software, a nationwide case management platform that reflects his dedication to both innovation and service.
